Why Direct Dimensional Replacements?

 

• Do you have an existing processing line of tubular heat exchangers that are showing their age but only need partial, not complete, replacement?

• Does the original supplier no longer manufacture replacements or do they do so but only at a premium?

 

With the APS DDR you get "plug-in" replacement units that fit the specified inlet and outlet dimensions of your existing heat exchangers, requiring no changes in your piping configuration.  

Additionally, with the APS DDR you can choose an upgrade to APS Ultra-Corrugation on the replacement units, providing better cooling, lower approach temperatures on heating, and higher regeneration all capable with minimum capital costs.

With APS's competitive manufacturing an APS DDR unit could be a less expensive option compared to replacements from the original manufacturer.
