We are proud to offer the latest design innovation for tubular multi-tube heat exchangers: The New APS "Clean Head" for the APS "Ultra Soft" Corrugated.

 

The "Clean Head Design" features include:

• Improved flow direction of the product to each individual path of the multi tube.
• Reduced opportunity of pulpy, fines or small particulates to collect on the tube sheet. This is common with flat tube sheet designs in these applications.
• Reduces the potential for short circuiting the product flow path, thus increasing overall heat transfer, especially on semi- viscous products. 
• Enhanced CIP Cleaning.
